The breakfast buffet is excellent and very Brazilian: sweet potatoes, lots of cakes, fresh fruit, omelets & tapiocas to order When I brought a concern to the attention of the front desk: the toilet seat was not the correct size, resulting in slipping, it was corrected in a matter of hours The staff understands flight schedules do not always match hotel schedules, and will attempt to accommodate late-check-out requests

Room was spacious and clean. Gorgeous vieuw to the Boa Viagem Beach and very central located in the north of Boa Viagem area. Bed was big and comfy.

As ever, the location, the service, the staff make all the difference: right across from the beach, minutes to walk for shopping or dining. Breakfast options continue to be superb. Multi-lingual staff make communication easier for non-natives

We were in a freshly renovated Queen Deluxe Suite (room 2205) all furnished in Dove Grey and Crisp White, with a balcony overlooking the sea with fresh sea breeze. The dramatic interior architecture fascinated guests no matter how many times they observed it (no spoiler here!). The king bed was comfortable, good linens, all the usual things but we especially liked the well situated computer desk and chairs, plus the alcove with an opening window, comfortable chair & ottoman & side table for reading. The food in the restaurant addressed international sensibilities, not exclusively Brazillian. The food was good, the service friendly. I want to make a special kudo to the housecleaning staff; our room was always redone beautifully each day. It was a pleasure to return ‘home’ each evening.

It was a little run down, but comfortable. We loved the lobby furniture and the restaurant. We felt that rooms needed glasses to drink water or refreshments.

The rooms are a good size, and the sea view is great. Breakfast is good, they make delicious tapioca and there is a good selection of everything. Staff are very nice and helpful. Boa Viagem is a great spot to be by, the beach is great.

right off the beach, the tower offers a variety of rooms and experiences. the 24-hour reception provides unique service: I witnessed a bridal couple check in, still in their finery Breakfast offers many options for most tastes. Walking distance for shops

We were so positively surprised by this hotel! Rooms are SUPER nice with an amazing beach/sea view. Bed was comfortable, showers were great. The breakfast is truly amazing with omelet and tapioca freshly made for you by a super nice lady. I’d easily come back here!
